What is the difference between an anatomical implant and a round implant?
Anatomical implants have a tear drop shape while the round implant is simply round. It depends on several factors including individual anatomical characteristics to determine which implant is more suited for you than the other. Our experienced doctor will perform careful examination of your breasts to advise you about the best choice for you.
What are the targeted populations of this treatment?
Breast augmentation is designed for those who are not satisfied with their breat size and/or shape.
How long does the procedure take?
Our surgery takes 1 to 2 hours in most cases.
How long will the recovery time be?
The amount of time necessary to recover from the surgery varies per case. Most patients are able to return to work within a few days after the surgery. Pain medication will be prescribed for you to minimize the degrees of the pain after the surgery.
What is Capsular Contracture?
The scar tissue or capsule around the implants may tighten and squeeze the implant. This is called capsular contracture. The implants we use at Ginza Coquelicot Clinic are specially designed to prevent this trouble.
