Feather Lift

Feather Lift is an innovative, non-surgical procedure that gives a lift to the face by using threads being inserted beneath the skin. We have several different types of threads available. White thread stimulates collagen production when the thread is being dissolved in the skin. Because the laser does not react to the thread in the skin, you can have the laser or IPL treatment right after the Feather Lift treatment. Gold thread is made of fine gold, and it will rejuvenate your skin so that it looks ten years younger. Gold thread is used for treating saggy skin in the neck area. The results of a Feather Lift are immediate and have a long-lasting effect.

Conventional treatments used threads that had slits and thorns to pull up the hypodermis. The Silhouette lift adopts the cone shaped part that is absorbed by skin tissues. As the cone lifts the hypodermis in 360 degrees, the lifting effect by a Silhouette lift is much greater than any conventional treatments. After the cone is aborbed, skin tissues grow around the knot that locates the tip of the thread. We can make the knot smaller than other places since we use 3-0 thread, which is thinner than 2-0 that is commonly used. Unlike conventional threads that have a slit and thorn, the Silhouette lift thread can be easily removed.

How long does the procedure take?
The procedure usually takes about an hour. It will be perfomed under a local anesthetic.
What happens after the procedure?
You will see treatment results immediately after the procedure, and the results last for years. Mild swelling for a few days after the procedure is common. Patients can resume their normal activities within an hour after the procedure.
How many treatments will I need?
It is usually a one-time procedure to achieve your desired lifting effect.
Can the Feather Lift be combined with other treatments?
